What does the $100 research fee cover?+
It covers up to three customized hotel and airfare options and one adjustment. The fee is non-refundable, but the full $100 is credited toward your selected planning package when you move forward.
When does research begin?+
Research begins after your questionnaire is reviewed and the $100 research fee is paid.
Do you book the trip for me?+
The exact level of booking and coordination depends on your package. We’ll clarify what is included before any additional package balance is collected.
Can you plan group travel?+
Absolutely. Group Takeovers are quoted based on group size, destination, trip length and coordination needs.
What if I already booked my hotel or flights?+
That’s perfectly fine. Share what is already confirmed, and we’ll plan around it.

Information we collect
When you complete the questionnaire, The Takeover Travel Co. collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, phone number, departure city, destination, dates, traveler count, budget, accommodation preferences, dining and activity interests, celebration details and planning requests.
How we use and share it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, recommend a planning package, prepare and deliver services, communicate with you, maintain business records and protect our business. Questionnaire submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business email. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own privacy practices; this website does not receive or store your complete card or bank information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers supporting our operations or when required by law.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for planning, customer service, recordkeeping and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by us, email plan@takeovertravelco.com. Some records may be retained where legally required. This website is intended for adults; parents or guardians should provide information concerning minor travelers.
Security and third parties
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Links to PayPal, Instagram and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We may update this notice and will post the revised effective date here.

Planning services only
Unless confirmed in a separate written agreement, fees shown on this website cover itinerary research, recommendations, design and the coordination expressly included in the selected package. Airfare, accommodations, transportation, excursions, meals, admission, insurance and third-party vendor charges are separate.
Research fee, payments and cancellations
A non-refundable $100 research and consultation fee is required before customized hotel and airfare options are prepared. It includes up to three curated options and one adjustment. If the client moves forward with a planning package, the $100 is credited toward that package. The fee remains non-refundable because research and preparation time is reserved once work begins.
Revisions and changes
Packages include only the number of revisions stated in the package description. Additional revisions, expanded trip scope, date or destination changes and added services may require an additional fee. Third-party bookings and cancellations remain subject to each provider’s rules, availability, deadlines and charges.
Traveler responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing the final itinerary, completing bookings by stated deadlines and obtaining passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance and other entry documents. Travel requirements can change; clients should verify current requirements with official authorities before departure.
Recommendations and third parties
Recommendations are based on information available during planning. Prices, schedules, availability, operating hours and venue policies may change. The Takeover Travel Co. does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses or service quality of airlines, hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, venues, tour operators or other independent providers.
Use of itineraries and liability
Custom itineraries are provided for the purchasing client and traveling party’s personal use and may not be resold or commercially reproduced. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Takeover Travel Co.’s liability arising from planning services will not exceed the planning fee paid for the affected service.
